Appearance: For reference, she would be a number of inches shorter than Celestia. She has a soft build. She is really only marginally larger than an normal pony or zebra. Aside from being stripey, she has a long mane that has been dreadlocked, decorated with gold beads. She has aquamarine blue eyes, and a blue Cutie Mark of a breaking wave (Think the Great Wave Off Kanagawa).

She usually wears a white dress, covered with a deep blue cloak with a large hood, and a blue veil over her mouth and nose.

Role: She governs the oceans of the FiM-planet, in similar role to Celestia and Luna governing the sun and the moon, respectively.

Personality: She is very kind and quiet, most of the time, helping others selflessly without being asked. Likes to sing. If someone gets her to open up, she will talk to others about how they feel about the sea, and about their dreams and wishes. She's job-oriented and works hard at what she does. It's difficult to frustrate her, but when something does get under her skin, she dissolves into a storm of rage and crying.

Restrictions:

None. Use her in anything, with my blessing. You could potentially kill her, even, if you wanted, in an environmental parable about what we, the Humans, are doing to our own Earthbound oceans.

Is she only made for just being a zebra or can she be in anthro or human versions? If so then what does she look like in those and anything change from that?

She looks like a buxom zebra anthro with long braided mane hair in zebra anthro form, wearing robes. I don't know how to put this politely but she has quite the full chest and flanks, being a matronly goddess type.

Same thing in human form except her skin is very dark like she's from the south Sahara region. She also wears a ton of golden jewelry and has a nose ring.

1. Have fun making up your own backstory. Maybe she was cursed by mating with a unicorn, maybe she was stabbed in her chest by a unicorn during the Dismantlement War, really anything you want, in fact you have an excellent side story concept there.

2. She governs water. She can raise a flood, incur a tempest on the ocean, raise a battering hurricane, summon rain abruptly for a length of time, and remain underwater indefinitely.
