Wilmont, New York: A city torn by rough economic times, a high crime rate driven by anarchist gangs, and a newly elected mayor that seems to revel in stirring the pot of chaos.

This is the story about six seventeen-year old bronies: Carl, Ryan, James, Alex, Pete and Louis, and our six favorite cartoon ponies, who must work together to save this city from Discord.
