It's time for Cozy Glow to get back out in the real world and figure out where she fits into Equestria. She's tried superheroics, supervillainy, and accidentally destroyed the world; now she has to try being normal. Yeah, probably not.

The story of a foal once thought beyond redemption, trying to find a way to fit into society and be okay with herself and her past. But this is not just Cozy's story; her actions and experiences will have a serious impact on the lives and directions of the many ponies she comes into contact with – especially her best friend, Sunset Shimmer, and her adoptive mother, Luna.

This story is a sequel to Discord vs. Harmony: The Greeting-Card Industry Strikes Back

Note: Reading the previous fics in this sequence isn't necessary, just adds context. You don't need context, do you? Nahh, you're better than that.

Chrysalis has had on heck of a month. First, Discord makes a game of pairing her up with Starlight Glimmer, which went entirely better than either of them would have ever expected. Then, as their relationship deepened and Chrysalis settled into her new life in Equestria, Starlight suggested she try stand-up comedy with Maud.

Nopony expected Chrysalis to take the offer seriously, least of all me, the author. But here we are. Is their comedy routine worth continuing, or are they about as popular as... well, Maud by herself? You decide. In the comments, I mean; don't keep that to yourself. Story will be updated whenever it amuses me, depending on reader feedback. Feel free to fire off suggestions via private message if you come up with something amusing, and I'll credit you in the author's note. This story is a sequel to Discord vs. the Greeting-Card Industry

This is an unauthorized sequel to Fire Gazer the Alchemist's Reticence. If you haven't read that story yet, do! It's absolutely fantastic. I've gone ahead and made this story without approval due to the author's retirement from the site making it difficult to predict if they'll ever be around to give approval. While reading it is probably not 100% necessary to understand this story, it'd make it a lot better at the very least. Plus, reading this will spoil that story. Don't say you weren't warned!

This is also a sequel to Discord vs. The Greeting-Card Industry. It just won't make sense if you didn't read that story.

Discord thought his bet with Greeting-Card was settled. He was satisfied with his work thus-far, but that work wrought unforeseen consequences:

Actual, sincere gratitude and respect on the part of ponies around him.

Well, that's new.

Motivated by this, Twilight's pestering, and the fact that the bet is apparently not yet settled, Discord sets off to meddle in the romantic lives of even more ponies. Yeah, that'll probably be fine.

Note: Familiarity with The Witcher series is probably not necessary for enjoyment of this fic. There are a lot of references to events from the books (Especially Sword of Destiny), but the important ones are explained anyway.

Geralt of Rivia had a complicated life on The Continent. Navigating difficult political situations, getting shorted by his clients, slaying monsters, and living as an outcast had made things challenging for the witcher.

But now, Geralt has found himself in a foreign land, with foreign customs and behavior. Seeking to do what he has always done – find witcher's work slaying monsters – Geralt is about to discover just how simple things can become. And how challenging the simplest of things can really be.

Friendship. I'm talking about friendship. It's simple, but it's challenging, get it? Don't overthink this. The comedy and random tags exist for a reason. Also, sex tag is for references to sex, not because of actual sex. Get your heads out of the gutter.

Twilight becomes alicorn of the stars. This is sort of a problem, because Luna kind of already was alicorn of the stars. Oops!

For almost a thousand years, the immortal Nightmare Moon has reigned over Equestria as Empress. To the average pony, Nightmare Moon is an overarching enigma whose rule is absolute and whose wrath is terrible. But to Twilight Sparkle, who as an orphan has never known her parents, the Empress is something else entirely. In which I, Twilight Sparkle, (the biggest idiot in Equestria), fail miserably, utterly, and conclusively in my valiant endeavor to keep my decidedly-more-than-Friendship feelings hidden from one Rainbow Dash (the sexiest fastest mare in Equestria).

We all wear a mask called composure, beneath which hides a heart that twists with guilt and hidden feelings. Regal as she is, Princess Celestia is no exception. What might be revealed should circumstances cause this mask to slip - or break?

Sixteen years after arriving in Ponyville, Twilight Sparkle is excited to have invented a brand-new kind of spell, but it will come with consequences she cannot possibly anticipate. Meanwhile, threats in shadows around the world conspire to overthrow the Solar Throne. With her world turned upside down, she will have to come to terms with the role that fate has dealt her while straining to keep Celestia in power.
