Realizing the position they're in, the changelings decide on a different plan than the one their queen's giving.

...I'm really not sure who I am. Who I am seems to change with alarming frequency throughout the day. One moment I'm a unicorn who has an obsession with creatures who don't exist, and the other I'm a diminutive rabbit who wants to rule the world.

I don't know what's going on and I have no idea how this works.

Twilight Sparkle had been planning on making a trip over to the human world to spend time with her canterlot high friends and get caught up. She had been. Now she’s trying to figure out why the mirror portal malfunctioned, why she can’t seem to get it working again and why, dear sweet merciful Luna WHY there is a version of her named Twiggles running around her castle eating all of the carrots. Also Twiggles is a bunny.

Twilight Sparkle is brilliant. This is not ego, this is fact. One proven by her latest creation for LunaTech, a personal robotic companion capable of meeting all of its owners needs. But when the robot starts to show signs of developing beyond its programming, Twilight must decide whether she can continue the experiments she's running. If not, can she really justify shutting it down?

Written for Monochromatic's Interwoven Colours contest.

Celestia is worried about her sister; Luna talks to herself constantly and refuses to go beyond the palace walls if she can help it. Thinking a kindred spirit will help, Celestia (with much additional persuasion from Fluttershy) asks Discord to spend an evening with Luna to get her to open up, even if just a little.

And much like anything involving Discord, almost none of it goes well.

In the aftermath of Maud moving to Ponyville (or close enough anyway) Pinkie Pie couldn't be happier! Not only does she live near the best friends ever, she lives near the best sister ever! It's like, the best thing ever!

Of course there is Maud's new friend, Starlight. She is super into magic, like so into it she experiments with all sorts of weird spells. And sometimes, just sometimes, somepony gets a little too close to one of those spells...

I mean, what could go wrong with two enchanted rocks meant to connect the sisters on a spiritual level?
