Celestia is worried about her wellbeing, so she asks Anon for his help, not only because she's been extremely busy with her royal duties, but also he's dating Luna, so it makes the most sense for him to help. What Anon discovers makes him wonder if pigs do really fly.

They don't, but hey, could you really blame him for asking?

The first story in what will hopefully be my StewardVerse, an alternate timeline, where, in order to save her sister, it was Celestia who was banished to the Sun for a thousand years.

This story comes only a few years before that fateful day as Celestia and Luna make their final stand against the villainous King Sombra in the Crystal Empire. They will face magic darker than they can possibly imagine and a tyrant who's cruelty is greater even than Discord.

However, in the end, is it possible that their greatest enemies will in fact be each other?

One thousand and eight hundred years ago, in the time of the three tribes, two fillies were born.

One, Celestia, was a prodigy, destined for greatness.

The other, Luna, was a secret, destined for anonymity.

Yet the future will see both rise higher than anypony could have imagined.

The time of unicorns is ending. Now comes the time for alicorns.
