A task further complicated by the fact that she herself doesn't feel like the artist she once used to be.

Pinkie Pie is trapped in her own soul, and it wants to torture her for eternity. Apparently, she betrayed her friends, and is suffering the consequences. But that doesn't sound like Pinkie Pie. This must be a misunderstanding. Surely, she'd never do something so terrible.

While helping her learn to speak her feelings to the mare of her dreams, Luna is reminded of a mare from her own past. One that lived and died a millennium ago, in an Equestria far different from that of the modern day.
