It's back once again, that series which has always asked and sought to answer the question "What if things were written differently?". This time, rather than episodes from the show, it's tackling the big 2017 theatrical movie.

Twilight Sparkle is excited to host the very first Festival of Friendship, right in her hometown of Ponyville. But she's also starting to have doubts about how great of a princess she truly is in the wake of a costly mistake made not too long ago. Luckily, she has her friends by her side along with her faithful companion and adopted family member Spike.

But just as everything's in place for the festival to begin, things go awry. A hornless unicorn named Tempest Shadow launches an invasion on behalf of an evil known as the Storm King, and she soon sets her sights on all four alicorn princesses: Twilight included. Twilight and her friends only barely manage to escape.

Facing a threat unlike anything they've ever dealt with before, Twilight hopes to recruit a new ally in the form of Queen Novo, and her friends insist on tagging along. Their journey will take them beyond the borders of Equestria, to lands never seen before, and will test their friendship in ways unimagined. Can the magic of friendship survive when it is placed under extreme stress?

As always, no disrespect is to intended to anyone at Hasbro, DHX, Boulder Media, or to anyone involved with the movie's creation: Be it from a writer, artist, or voice acting stand point.

The planet Equus will be inhospitable in just a few short years. All the creatures on it are preparing to leave for greener pastures. All, that is, except Spitfire.

This fiction is canon compliant. It takes place several years after "The Last Problem".

Written as a challenge to myself to turn my usual subject matter into something wholesome. Not a romance, incest, or snuff fic. "Fetish" tag describes the subject matter, not the type of story.

After having strange thoughts and dreams, Sweetie Belle is convinced that she's broken. Rarity does her best to convince her that isn't the case.

While Twilight was enjoying a well-deserved vacation from her duties as a princess in the Crystal Empire and perhaps using her time to investigate an enigmatic flower, she never imagined that the discovery of something shocking would end up returning her to where it all began, literally.

Now, she intends to stop the threat posed by that being, even if it must be necessary to do it alone.

But regardless, she just wasn't ready for it.

Nopony was prepared to end up in an unknown place, no one was prepared to deal with the King of the Shadows himself, let alone none were ready to face the consequences that would bring.

After all, who would be ready to start having feelings for whom they shouldn't?

Twilight wakes up in a Dark, wet, room. She's lost, alone, and no idea how to get home.

Her body has been changed. She retains some features, but she is what can be described as a monster.

She's been down there for days, surviving on the water that reaches the underground she's in. She's hoping for something to happen, because right now, she's trapped...

Sunset Shimmer is happy and fullfilled. Her life is perfectly normal and okay. She is a human, dating another human, Twilight Sparkle, with plenty of human friends.

But sometimes she wonders of Equestria, a world that spat her out.

But sometimes she wonders of Equestria, a world that didn't need her.

But what if it did?

What if Equestria needed her, permanently? What if her wildest abandoned dreams could come true? What if she had to choose between abandoning the human world, or abandoning Equestria for good?

What if she had to choose between two Twilights?

The past can be a tricky thing. There may be pieces of it that you wish you could erase, or others you desperately want to relive just one more time. In the end, all you can do is move forward.

Because while the past is written in stone, immovable and irreplaceable, the future is being shaped like puddy. And before it dries, you'll have time to leave your mark.

Time is a fickle thing isn’t it? One simple change and the universe could go into disarray. Yes, not all changes are bad, but most universes depend on six special ponies. Without them, that worlds Equestria could go into chaos, but not every. But lets think for a moment, one simple, tiny change can create a world so different, but all so similar.

Who ever knew that one rainboom would’ve connected twelve different ponies from different parts of Equestria? When Twilight Sparkle and Sunny Starscout go to Maretime Bay to check on preparations, a series of unfortunate events leads them to become Equestria’s new guardians.

Twilight gazed out into the evening ocean, her mind full of questions that had no answers. Why couldn't she stop it? Why couldn't she save her friends?
