Seriously, ouch. Someone took the time to downvote both of my Kindled stories... kinda feels like I got a gut punch. No new upvotes, just one person who felt the need to downvote both... if he didn't like one there was no way he would've read the other right? That's some malicious intent.
And I get it, it's not the end of the world. My stories were doing really good for only ever having a single downvote... but I hardly even get comments on my stories nowadays. Upvotes were the only thing I had left to feel good about.
It's also especially hurtful considering it's the two stories closest to my heart. For someone to feel so negatively of them to do something like that... well, if their intent was to get a rise out of me, then sure enough. They won.
Welp. I'm gonna go cry a bit before I go pick up my work again.
