I don’t know. I’ve been keeping up with these, but most of them are just ‘yeah, that was a thing’, fluffy, nothing earth-shattering, which I think is the point of this series. Part of me is still not over the art style, though
But (One Trick Pony) had a song that sounded like the Final Countdown, a pony lifting a house, and also these two back again!:

So yes. More of all of that.
I’m still not sure about the earth pony magic and plant powers thing, though. It’s too much power for one pony to have!
...no, but seriously, that is a lot of control. I’ve gotten so used to describing earth pony magic as intrinsic, more passive, as something you see the effect of more than you actually see. I like the differences for earth ponies being more subtle, like them being a little stronger, with a little denser musculature, a little more stamina. Everypony having Poison Ivy Powers is going to be a massive change. You know, when everypony’s super, that kind of thing.
I just really hope there isn’t a moment where a giant plant could help and every earth pony just forgets that they can do that.
Honestly, I interpreted the second Netflix special as making that exact change. You could almost see the patch notes.
• Due to overwhelming user demand, we have completely reworked the earth magic skill tree. Be prepared for further balance changes as the meta evolves in the wake of the new abilities. And remember, you asked for this.
(Though it is worth noting that this short also gave us a unicorn casually levitating an entire house. I imagine we won't see that during a climactic crisis either.)
Earth Ponies aren't real.
