Many years ago, my grandma's Facebook machine computer died. Being always a little interested in computers, I asked if I could have it to play with it to try and upgrade it, and she agreed.

I wasn't at fault, but my car is totaled, so that's going to throw a wrench into things logistically. At least it's almost summer, so no school trips for a bit.
I was wearing my seat belt, so the only thing hurt is my hands. That I use to type. And work.
Kinda wanted to get that old blog off the page, because I’m in a little better place now.
I think the mark of a good piece of media is one that hits differently depending on when you consume it. Like how when you watch A Goofy Movie and as a kid you sympathize with Max and then when you watch it older you see more of Goofy's perspective. Or like how when you watch Shrek 2 as an adult it's still funny, but different parts are funny for different reasons (the union part, for example).

Little update: The car was an 06 so I just had liability on it, so insurance basically washed their hands of it
But good news, another family member is moving soon and looking to get rid of an older car, so I think this will work out.
