Before I begin, I just want to give a huge thanks to everyone who bothered to read Live by the Creed, and an even bigger thanks to those who gave honest critique to help it improve. Honestly, I did not expect it to blow up like it did. When I wrote this at first, I expected it to fade away into obscurity. Now here I am, four months later, and I STILL don't have a clue how it did so well. Call me a pessimist, I guess. Anyway, I wanted to give my thanks in advance because what I'm about to say next may please some, but piss off others.
As of tonight, Live by the Creed will be undergoing rewrites. It isn't dead! It's being improved. Not only that, but I began working on two other stories: a nice, little one-shot, and a multi-part murder mystery. And I thought I was going to end up being a one-trick pony.
Anyway, back to Creed. I may not have taken it very seriously when I first began, but after seeing how many people like it, I'm sure as hell gonna treat it seriously now, hence the rewrite. Looking back, there are SEVERAL parts that could use some improvement, and a select few that could use an entire revamp (looking at you, Chapter 7) This means that I'm gonna be gone for a while as I iron out the kinks in LbtC.
However, just because I'm going to be busy doesn't mean that I want to disconnect from you guys entirely. If any of you have any suggestions about things to change, things that you don't want to change, or you just wanna call me a jackass, feel free to do so, and I'll keep them in mind. So, with all of that said, I guess I'll be seeing you all again soon, and again, thanks for the support.

Aw FUCK YEAH.
When I first read this fic (or... the 12 chapters so far), I knew nothing about the Assassin's Creed games. And by "nothing", I mean "NOTHING" Like in... uh... "NOTHING!". D: . However, you've written this in such a way that my nearly nonexistent knowledge of these games wasn't a problem, and I really enjoyed reading it. It was this fic actually what got me interested in them.
¿Two? weeks later, and after having played AC II and Brotherhood (most of it; I bought it yesterday in the afternoon, I haven't finished it yet, lol), having watched my brother playing Revelations (I didn't want to play Revelations without having finished BH first), knowing a bit about the first game and waiting for Christmas to get AC III, I was just thinking of re-reading this fic. And, suddenly, I notice the "On Hiatus" tag. And it turns out you're rewritting it (or a great percentage of it)! **ck Yeah, a GOOD excuse to re-read this story, without actually re-reading THE SAME thing

Huzzah! I'll be sure to keep a lookout for any suggestions that may be hiding out there. I got loads of experiance with Assassin's Creed and overall sneak-stab-and-run types of games. It would be a pleasure to help you in this endevor and I hope It'll be easier to edit with more helpers than a guard trying to look for a white cloaked person in a crowd wearing nothing but red and black
I think this is a good thing. LbtC will be a much better work because of it.
Maybe I'll PM you some criticisms later.

Phew. I always panic a little when I see the "Hiatus" status, but this explanation calms any fears I had.
THANK CELESTIA!!!!! I saw "On Hiatus" And I litterally flipped. (I'm a cheerleader, what'd you expect?) But, point is after reading this I am soo Happy and excited and I can't wait to see the rewrites!!!
Just one more thing is that I advise you not to change it TOO much because then you'll end up having to change the whole story and that can be a real bother. Belive me, I've been there.
