If you have a tumblr and follow silurisanguine, you have probably heard of a controversy surrounding JK Rowling apparently promoting transphobia, and her IP being used to finance it.
Let me tell you one thing here and now: by creating a crossover fan fiction between Harry Potter and My Little Pony, I in no way support transphobia. Likely, no one has heard of this controversy, and no one wants to support this.
Characters in Queen’s Nymph should be allowed to love who they want, however they want. Thus, I want your ideas for Queen’s Nymph cutaway sections centering on Bon Bon (Nectare) and Lyra-
I’m kidding. I don’t give a buck about cutaways. Just know that I am calling attention to the apparent, unwitting, and incidental support of homophobia that has infested the Harry Potter fandom like a cancer.
Then again, the internet is a toxic place, so I don’t know too much about reality.
And even though I voted yesterday for the first time, I am perfectly happy trying to bubble up, cuddling with Sonata and giving Wallflower some much-desired attention. (Not in QN though, gotta focus on Luna X Harry.)
(I also do need to get a resume together and try to seek gainful employ.)
Yeah, learning about Rowling's transphobia was really disappointing. I was already pretty disheartened with her worldbuilding and writing after those new movies, but finding about the kind of people she supports actually made me regret paying to see those movies.
Also, you voted yesterday? You wouldn't happen to be Norwegian, would you?
