New Blue-Eyes Card: Spike or Starlight?

So, in the first duel in the story, Spike won a Blue-Eyes Hellfire Dragon card, which I created myself. I am now creating another Blue-Eyes monster, named Blue-Eyes Undead Dragon. Now, what I need help with is deciding if Starlight, who represents Seto Kaiba in this story, should have the Blue-Eyes White Dragons like Kaiba does. Part of why I'm saying this is because in order to summon Blue-Eyes Undead Dragon, you need to tribute a Blue-Eyes White Dragon, and if said Blue-Eyes White Dragon leaves the Graveyard, Blue-Eyes Undead Dragon is automatically destroyed. Anyway, should Spike obtain Blue-Eyes White Dragon from winning duels, or should Starlight have the three Blue-Eyes White Dragons and add Blue-Eyes Undead Dragon to her deck?

If theres a battle between Spike and Starlight, i think she must have the 3 blue eyes white dragons. If Spike is a skilled duelist he can beat even the most powerful monster
