Recovering from a Heart Attack and Dehydration · 2:28am May 2nd
So, yesterday, I spent half the day in the emergency room for a mild heart attack. Don't worry, I'm doing fine, and if anything happens, they told me to come back. I did have to call an Uber to get home because my mom hates driving at night. But all in all, I just wanted to let you guys know I'm alright. Doctor said to get plenty of rest, and drink more water, since dehydration is what caused the heart attack. Normally I drink soda, and some alcohol, but right now, I'm sticking with water and other electrolyte restoring drinks. My mom even got me a thing of drink powder packets, the kind you just pour in your water, shake/stir it up, and you've got a drink at a much more affordable price than buying the drink itself at the store. Once again, I'm doing good, although when I was in the ambulance, they told me my heart rate was high at 130. My mom has told me that certain conditions can increase your blood pressure and your heartbeat, and the ETM said that 130 is still high, even for being nervous in a medical situation, which has raised my blood pressure before. Again, doing well, following doctor's orders, having you guys to support me and any concern for my health is appreciated.
The Lord was with you, my friend.
I’m glad you’re ok my friend. I may not know you personally but I know you got people who care for you.
