Though knowing the root cause is key with this and very tricky. For example, if my lower back or ankles hurt, it's usually my core stability, so side planks fix the issue quickly. Doing direct back or calf stuff wouldn't help *for me.*
Which is why having a good physical therapist is key.

Yep, cold weather and lack of sleep always make my joints flare up like I'm 90 years old.
Warm showers, getting blood into muscles (light, pump-oriented work), and 7+ hours of sleep is key for me.
