Two Hours Later...
After getting the crew settled and the news broken, Crystal and Silverblade thought the initial part was done. Oh man, one day they’d look back at this day and shake their heads in a collective shame as they had an idea of what was to come, but blindly ignored it for hope to flourish. That would be the first big mistake. The second would be the after effect of what was to come…
“Okay so how am I gonna explain this delicately. I could gently hint at it until they figure it out on their own? No. No bad idea. Perhaps I can do something cute like a grandparents card? No! They’d be practically ready to kill me for that! Gah! I have no idea what we should do?”, Crystal griped as she and Silverblade made their way towards her house.
“Crys, babe I know this is bad, but you need not be worrying right now. Let me handle the worrying. After all, that absolutely can't be good for the foal...or so I’ve been told? Honestly I haven't a clue. The only time I was around a pregnant mare was when my auntie, Artemis was preggers with my lil cousin. Right terrifying she was after 6 months of it if I recall and she told me that stress can be bad for foals and dams alike.”, Silverblade soothed as well as slightly freaked.
“*Sigh* You're right. It's just--faust above! I can't help but think about their reactions! We already know the shock will hit immediately, but what about after? What will happen once we tell them? What's gonna happen when they figure out that it's not your foal…”, Crystal word bombed out in frustration and panic.
Silverblade quickly stopped, turned towards his mare and semi-forcefully put his forehooves on her withers. Forcing her into a sitting position.
“Crystal! For the love of Luna will you quiet for a minute! I'm trying to think and I can't do that if you keep running ya mouth panicked!”, Silverblade practically snarled in frustration. He immediately regretted this decision as soon as the last word left him, he was to deal with a now crying young mare.
I know, not the most descriptive sneak preview, but it's what ya gonna get! How will this turn out? You'll have to find out.......June 09, 2021.😏

Yeah...I can't even defend myself on this. Last year and pretty much almost all of this year have zapped me of my creative juices!

Yeah, I feel that, and it happens. But all that matters is pushing on when you have that creative spark. Just be sure to take breaks and be mindful of your sanity.
