What do you think of the rest of the mane six alicorns would be like? As in all of them become alicorns alongside Twilight Sparkle.
Here's my theory.
Rainbow Dash's ego would be inflated even more. She probably be ridiculously powerful in the Wonderbolts. (faster strong, etc) She might be able to even fly to other planets at great speeds across the universe. She may want to try to make friends on other planets even, as in aliens.
Applejack. A better farmer I guess. Her apples would taste even better and would sell more.
Rarity a sassy capitalist. She use her princess and her sex appeal title to sell even more clothes. She probably become incredibly rich. She would use Rainbow Dash's connections with alien friends to sell even more clothes.
Pinkie Pie. She would double down on eating candy, sweets, and cake to try to get a bigger butt. Doesn't have to worry about dying anymore due to diabetes, or too much sugar issues. Host big parties. May join Rainbow Dash in trying to make friends across the universe. She might be the most powerful of the mane six. Since she already had supernatural powers as a earth pony.
Fluttershy. She probably become some sort of mother Gaia being. A protector of nature and things like that.
There is already a fic we're all the mane six becomes alicorns together with twilight, though I don't remember the name, but it has to do with looking for new alicorns to make everypony an alicorn.
Cab we get extra on sunset shimmer and starlight as alicorns? Also ew capitalism in space

I'm not sure about those two. I bet early Starlight would be like Sauron. And the later version would be like a lesser control freak when she became reformed, she would probably ask advice not to be a dictator.
As for Sunset. No idea. I don't know her very well at all.

I probably see applejack and Fluttershy both being goddesses of Nature like 2/2 of the same hole
Applejack would be like the Lorax she speaks for the trees and other plants and vegetation able to turn waste lands into lush Green Forest or swamps
Fluttershy will be closer to maybe a fertility/survival of the fittest where she speaks for the animals to help them change in evolve to adapt to their environment but understanding that not everything is meant or needs to survive
I'm a bit more clever when it comes to ensuring Twilight will not outlive her friends; here's the copypasta:
Rainbow Dash literally outflies Death until she's given the job, Fluttershy becomes the Draconequus of Nature, Applejack starts and continues to remember her serial reincarnation as a reference to G1 and G3 Applejacks, Rarity undergoes brain uploading into a fabulous Raribot, and Pinkie Pie is Pinkie Pie. (That last one has a headcanon explanation, but the point is that most explanations for Pinkie Pie's canon feats already imply immortality)
In short, a fucking mess.
If Mane cast would've been made alicorns, they, among with the Royal Sisters, would've been like a kinda-sorta Greek-like pantheon.
Imagine:
Celestia as Alicorn of Order, the Queen of Alicorns, like Hera.
Luna as Alicorn of War and Wisdom, like Athena.
AJ as Alicorn of Harvest, like Demeter
Fluttershy -- Alicorn of Nature and Wilds, like Artemis
Rarity -- Alicorn of Arts and Inspiration, an ultimate Muse.
Pinkie -- Alicorn of Festivity, a tamer (or not) version of Dionysus
RD -- Alicorn of Glory and Victory, an analogue of Nike.
Twi -- Alicorn of Knowledge, like one of the aspects of Apollo.
If only we could have a show like that...
Its a good hook, "Hey, the rest of the Mane 6 wont die! They are going to live forever!" Something I would like, but its not realistic, or at least makes a story saccharine. Maybe used as the reward at the end of a story it would work, but as a premise not so much.
If you wanted to do a sad story, maybe they still grow apart because of their godly power. Their responsibilities put them in isolation, or repeated conflict. Applejack trying to protect farmers while Fluttershy tries to protect nature, them being gods of those respectively. Twilight might feel Pinkies is becoming too debauched and is interfering with academia. Rarity and Rainbow Dash are too concerned with their arts and games and dont see the others.
