Dumb Gender Reveal Parties

So two people died at a gender reveal party recently. Just have a normal party. Some drinks and good food, and fun talk. That's it! Don't need to take out rocket launchers and flamethrowers for it.

That said, could be funny for MLP FIM story. Ponies fire a rainbow nuke or something.

It was originally used when homophobic politicians and religious leaders would stir up their constituents with rhetoric of "the gays are coming to convert you" or like nonsense, in more recent years it has become a catch-all term for the dumb and dangerous things the heterosexual community does that has no rhyme or reason, like actions at gender reveal parties that kill or injure people, or cause millions of dollars in damage.

I'm bisexual and I say when I see stupid things like this, I say "the straights are at it again." It was a couple of my heterosexual friends who got me into saying it.

I am confident enough to bet money that the next gender reveal party where people are needlessly injured or killed, or where property damage happens, it's going to be done by straight people. The LGTB+ community gets enough shit, we don't need burning down half of a state or killing someone at a gender reveal party to add to our plate.

Last I checked, anything below 15 is "literally comatose or dead" territory. That might have changed with the death of Stephen Hawking (the average IQ is 100, and the calculations change to ensure this), but probably not to the extent that you're right.
