Nine years. I've been on this site for 9 years. 
It’s kinda crazy to think about. G5 is coming out soon, and all I can think about is how I still have a couple stories buried in my drive somewhere based on S1 headcanons (I would have called Pinkie’s sisters Ignacia “Inkie” Josephine Pie and Baralinka “Blinkie” Marie Pie).
I wouldn’t mind being more productive here. I really like writing. It’s just... the finishing part that’s hard. Hopefully I’ll have something good to publish for that 10-year anniversary. 
I’ll leave you with a relic from a more productive time: the song I listened to on repeat as I sat, cramped on the floor at the foot of my bed, writing on my laptop connected to the internet via a three-foot ethernet cable plugged into the wall (that I’m pretty sure I found in a closet) because my apartment didn’t have wi-fi at the time. Good times.
Ah yes, those halcyon days when we named Pinkie's family after the rest of the Pac-Man ghosts...

It's actually kinda funny, you can match their personalities somewhat one-to-one with the ghost's movement patterns. Pinkie constantly jumps out in front of ponies unexpectedly (Pinky/"ambusher"), Limestone favors the direct approach to everything (Blinky/"chaser"), Marble is reluctant and works best with Limestone (Inky/"bashful"), and Maud is completely inscrutable (Clyde/"feigning ignorance").
You've written a bunch of stories I've enjoyed, so I hope you continue!
