Max in the old story has been kinda boring in my own opinion. He will be different.
In the rewrite, Max will be based off of Mehmed the Conqueror. His grandfather, instead of the incompetent tyrant, he will be like Tywin Lannister. Max’s father however, will be more like Frederick the Great.
Grandfather/Tywin Lannister: Focusing on putting down rebellions and reinforcing the Vorenus rule with an iron fist.
Father/Frederick the Great: Focusing on uniting the continent and building up the Empire.
Max/Mehmed the Conqueror: Focusing on taking Canterlot like Mehmed was obsessed with Constantinople.
