Hello, Everyone
I say everyone as if a bunch of people will see this. I had given up for a while on my writing on this site. I had a big move, my friend had committed suicide, there was work stuff, so It didn't seem a valuable use of my time anymore. So I stopped for a while, and I didn't plan on picking it back up. But as time passed, something nagged at me. I can't quit explain what it was but it made me come back to the site.
I want to finish this story.
Despite the MLP trend being over and done, despite not having watched an episode of the show in several years, I still find myself wanting to complete this story. Not for reviews, not for views and not for any kind of popularity on this site, which I never had to begin with.
I want to finish this story for me. I want to finish this long form story that I have sunk hours and hours of my life into. I've long since moved on from MLP as a fan, I rarely engage with the fandom anymore (What remains of it, I guess) But despite the fad being over, I will finish this story. I definitely wouldn't say that I'm a brony anymore, but I love the characters of Rainbow Dash and Applejack, and my love for the ship has stood the test of time, as well as me stopping being a brony. (At least in the definitive sense of the word.) It might take me a while, but I will keep working. So to the few of you waiting for a new chapter, if you're still there, you dont have to wait much longer. I've started working on it again. And I will finish it.
