On the Implications of a Little Update · 3:22pm May 21st, 2020
So, as you may know, On the Implications of Parallel Worlds has 12 chapters published on here.
I just finished writing chapter 26 last night.
... Yeah. It'll be going live to my patrons, alongside chapters as far back as 19, later today.
But that still gives me a 14 chapter- or 3 1/2 month- backlog... and I live on the feedback you give me, as little as it is.
So, rather than stewing myself apart in silence... I'm making a schedule alteration. From Tuesday, May 26th, to Tuesday, June 2nd, this story is going on a daily update schedule- for a total of 6 additional chapters published over that period. Depending on how long it keeps flowing, I might extend the accelerated schedule.
If you're wondering what got it flowing like that, and have read The Gate, one word should be enough: Silversong.
Yeah.
Happy reading!
I am glad to hear your inspiration is going strong. Looking forward to reading how Lyra mess with Hogwarts this time.
Cool! Looking forward to seeing what all goes down once they actually arrive. By the way, never thought to ask. Does this take place pre-season 8 or post-season 8? Because we haven't seen any implications (ha) of the student six, though they could have just stayed back in Equestria.

Pre, probably. I haven't watched anywhere past the S4 opener or so, and consider much of the material that I did watch to be non-canon for my story, so...
Yeah, the Young Six simply don't exist, and the Crusaders don't have their cutie marks, among other things.

Oh, it won't be just Lyra this time... as a matter of fact, Lyra actually plays a fairly small part in that...

Ah, okay then. Thanks for the clarification.
looks like I'll spend some time reading... worth it
Daily? Umm ...
Ok. Be careful what you ask for, you might just get it. Lets see ... I can do without some discord time, some HPWU, and ...
As much as I love more frequent updates, most stories that go daily updates for more than a week give me a massive "out of date" backlog, and the story gets pushed to the "eventually download and read offline" pile.
Lets see if I can keep up with you. It helps that you have shorter chapters than, say, Damaged or GMBlackJack.
