Computer crashed while I was working

And corrupted the file I was working on. More than six hours of work lost. I don't have to start completely from scratch with cutting everything out, but I have to completely remake the entire scene so I can work with it.
Excuse me while I flip out over there for the next few minutes.
*Update* the other program just loaded. I lost DAYS of work! Full on days of careful editing, adjusting, and fine tuning. Things are FAR worse than I thought. All of my saves got corrupted! I'm really REALLY furious right now!

Putting it mildly. I'm trying to muster the motivation to get back to work now given how much is gone.
I've got the resources still, I can assemble it all again, but just trying to get back to where I was ... ugh. But If I don't jump back into it it'll just be another abandoned project..
