Beautiful Monsters

That often tends to apply to ponies. At least, as far as fanfiction goes.

But, I guess, that`s really more of a fandom fault then ponies themselves. When one pauses to consider the sheer depths of irrationality that accompanies... Hell, I don`t even know. Most of the times when I get through a romance fic, the first strong feeling I get is "WHY WOULD YOU DO THAT, <INSERTPONYNAMEHERE>?!"

And that`s not counting the failfics. No, I`m talking about pretty serious and well-written fiction, with strong sentence structure, good plotline and smooth flow. Yet, the depths of miscommunication showcased are often staggering.
