My electric car has been changed to 60% and left to sit, all ready for enduring a long month (although it will get driven for the rare supermarket run)
I completely fell out of monthly updates with this story. But it's been great to get back into it and this chapter has been a long time in the works. Seriously, it's taken me over half a year because I kept doing a little bit here and there. Then I would get further and need to rewrite sections in Chapter 21 and it took forever to fill in the small holes and actually complete this. This chapter required a lot of extra forward planning which was both great but also slowed current progress to pretty much nothing. So I kinda have wound up with the next several chapters fairly close to completion, all waiting on this one with the critical scene of Dash and Cadence scenes.
Since New Zealand is on full emergency lock down for the next 4 weeks at least, I'm sure to have a lot more time than I normally do for writing. So while the virus and its effects suck. ...it's kinda good in terms of giving more time to write and think.
