Hands: Unintended Side Effects

Andrew Shepherd, the Lone Human, the Sword of Equestria... Was feeling down as he sat in an armchair in the Golden Oaks Library. Chrysalis, former Queen of the Changelings and now Friendship Intern, had been reading some books on beekeeping while her little Changelings played in a playpen nearby. Shepherd sighed. Chrysalis rolled her eyes.

Chrysalis: "Stop moping."

Shepherd: "I'm not moping."

Chrysalis: "Twilight and the others will be back soon! And you are moping."

Shepherd: "Hmph."

Chrysalis: *Sighs, trots over to him* "Look. If it makes you feel better, why don't I give you a little... Loving~?"

She shifts into Fluttershy's human form. Shepherd glared.

Chrysalis: "Oh you're no fun."

Shepherd: "I am lots of fun, you are the... Not fun one!"

Chrysalis: "Ugh. Your quips are usually bad, but that was so bad my eyes are watering. Here, just take an infusion of love: You'll feel better!"

Shepherd: "I-Wha?! I don't swing that way!"

Chrysalis: "Not like that, you pervert! Like this!"

Her horn glowed pink, and shot out a beam that hit Shepherd. He did feel better, a lot better.

Shepherd: "Oh... Thanks Chrys-Huh?"

Magic glows from the bottoms of her hooves, and then runs over her entire body. When it's finished, she looks... Like a regular pony, albeit with beautiful insect wings and some orange fuzz on her chest.

Chrysalis: "What?! What happened?! What did I-?!"

She magicks up a mirror, stares into it... And...

Chrysalis: "AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!"

Shepherd: "AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!"

Baby Changelings: "AAAAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!"

Chrysalis: "WHAT IS THIS?! WHAT HAPPENED?! WHAT DID YOU DO?!"

Shepherd: "I DON'T KNOW! WHAT DID YOU DO?!"

Chrysalis: "I DON'T KNOW! AAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!"

Shepherd: "AAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHH!"

Baby Changelings: "AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHH!!!"

And this is how Chrysalis became "reformed."

The Flower Trio hear it and join in because it's obviously something to panic over.

In Froggy Bottom Pond, a frog hears it, pulls out a calendar, notices that it is, indeed, Wednesday, my dudes, summons the tribe, and commences screaming.

Celestia hears something through her connection to the sun, and investigate to discover it, too, is screaming.

In her bed, Luna rolls over and puts a pillow over her head, grumpily muttering something about "stupid loud Daywalkers."
