SPRING IS HERE! · 5:22pm Aug 27th, 2019

Declared Mother Nature moments before she filled your house with a collection of moderately-sedated beeeeeeeeees.

I am in no way joking. You can't make this stuff up. I arrived home from work today to literally swarms of bees filling my house. These guys were everywhere and it took maybe an hour for me to transplant them into the yard. I haven't written today because I've been busy shovelling beeeeees!

Since I have bees on my mind, that seems like the perfect topic for today's picture dump.

I think so. Need to speak to the organizer about driving the insects into populated areas, again.

Beeeeeees~ are Cute~~

"Bees by the shovelful" is a phrase you never want to hear.

At least not outside a documentary! I'm still finding them crawling out from places.

You know what? Yeah, they are. Definitely better than the hornets.

You should read RobCakeran53’s Story about bees.

You have my interest.

Dude, it sounds like you have a hive in your walls or attic? Swarms are usually about the size of a large bucket, and bunch together, and you rarely see more than one at a time in an area unless you're close to a bee yard.

If they're honey bees, and you keep seeing them, call your local beekeepers association. Usually someone will be willing to check it out and take the hive or swarm for you. If they get the queen out, the bees will leave.

TDoctor Bees goes to Equestria
What's this? An entire world inhabited by talking equines? This inner dimensional portal full of bees outta put a stop to that.

Enjoy!

They were mostly dead (or dying) so I don't think it's actually a hive nearby. It might be that more and more just kept getting stuck in the house and couldn't escape throughout the day.

If they come back I'll definitely ask someone about it.

Yus1 Thank you!

Dr BEEEEE is an old favourite of mine.

You did not end up with a beard of bees from this. I am disappoint, son.

Would you let Fluttershy (Flutterbee more like) pollinate you?

I hope the bees have not returned. There may be a beehive in a garden near you though and so they may. I used to have that problem some years ago when I had a beehive in the garden and the bees became active in the spring.

Nope! They haven't come back, though that might just mean they all died in my house.

A few have appeared the last couple days, but otherwise nowhere near as many as they were in the beginning.
