Shining Together Act 2 is around the corner! · 2:29am Jun 29th, 2019
Seven chapters in, so ends week One, and in turn ends Act 1, of The Most Intense, Highest-Stakes Equestria Girls Story Ever Told!
Hope you're enjoying the ride so far. Now that our heroines have escaped the CHS parking lot, the sky's the limit--or at least, the rest of town!
What's Starlight's deal? Where will she and Sunset go to talk about it? Will Sunset even be able to help?
The answers and surprises? start in less than 24 hours! Until then, don't fall out of those seats from sitting so close to the edge
I'm really enjoying Starlight's interactions with the human world and how Sunset gently guides her along.
Imagine if it turned out to be about tenderloin and mareijuana. It'd be a high-steaks EqG story.

aaaaaa don't ruin the surprise
I still need to get around to actually reading the first act.
Well, this dynamic duo will surely not be shipped together like everyone else in media who breath or share similarities with someone else. *I say sarcastically*
But no spoilers ok, I will read after my counseling duties at a summer camp. First time Co-Ed to so, yeah for me.
Oh, come on!
You could've warned me about falling out of my seat earlier.

Or if the two of them met the CHS Vampire Hunting Club on the way to Sunset's apartment. It'd be a "Hi, Stakes" story.
Um, Glimmy? What are you doing with your hand there?
I really appreciate the particular tone and pace of this one thus far; the vignette-esque structure means we get to luxuriate in the small details (stuff like Sunset's reading habits or the way Starlight thinks about Equestria VS. the human world) that aren't EXACTLY relevant to the main story (why does Starlight need a vacation so badly?) but at the same time feel essential to what the story's trying to do. It's intriguing, but moreover it's just so perfectly pleasant, and that's especially nice. Here's to Week Two. 8D
