Someone should definitely make some vector art of the Equestria Girls in these outfits that they wore in “I’m on a Yacht” and “Spring Breakdown”! Because they’re looking absolutely astounding and beautiful! Plus, Spike’s lookin’ really good with the clothes he’s wearing.
Is there anyone around here who can make vector art of the girls in these outfits? Whether making some of the individual characters or having them in a group?
I’m starting to feel like if no one does it soon, I’ll go crazy and eat a hat.
On a side note of that, I’m also in need of someone who can do cover art for my stories.
You see, I deeply acknowledge that cover art is an essential part of attracting interest from readers. I know I have a cover art for “A King’s Grand Entrance” made by Koga13, but, the last time we talked to each other via private messaging, he told me that he won’t be too available for doing art for any other story I make, and I don’t know who else to turn to.
Please, help me find a new artist. I don’t know where I can find another artist who’d be willingly to help me, and I’m extremely desperate for one.

Haven't kept up with EqG, but I will admit those outfits do look nice. I'm seeing some small examples on DeviantArt from one charlieXe, but the rest of his gallery isn't entirely what I'd call family-friendly, so proceed at your own risk.
If you're referring to simple traces, I'm sure there are plenty of bases around to work from, and the artists I've seen doing that kind of thing typically just go down the list of what hasn't been done before, vector groups in general on DA might be worth looking into. I'm trawling through them as I write this, though, and not finding much, but that might be due search optimisation issues.
Have you considered 3D artists, btw? If any modellers have the bodies ready, putting on different clothes isn't that hard. If nothing else, it can be a useful 'doll' to pose and trace over. Just throwin' that out there in case you want to broaden the search.

I will admit while this wasn't my favorite special in the 'Equestria Girls' series, mainly because Rainbow Dash's paranoia of searching for evil magic ultimately ruined their cruise, I will admit there were some things I did like. I did get a bit of a chuckle with Sci-Twi freaking out over being turned into a pony (Probably bigger than when Pony-Twi freaked out for turning into a human); the song these scenes were in I'll say was rather upbeat and catchy (Though it felt like a deleted scene from the special); and if there's one thing Equestria Girls strive for is a sense of style, I may not be a fashion person myself but they definitely add a certain touch to their character. It's like to say you can almost tell what to expect from a person based on their choice of attire... 'Almost'.
