Thank all that's holy for Mythril Moth.

For those who've never read Persona EG you should read it. It's the greatest muse in the history of muses. And one of the many reasons I love Mythril Moth as an author and creative genius.

But for the last few months I've been working on something that's an anaglamation of games I've been having rattling around my brain. And a lot of it's inspired by MM's take on Persona series, and Mana Khemia.

One of the big things that's always stuck with me, and kind of grown on it's own is a skill that devolves a character. And in the fic turns the "human" characters into their pony alternates. So Pegasi, Earthies, and Unicorns. And I thought to myself over a year now. What would an Equestria Girl like world (different people have different skin tones like their pony alts). If the races did evolve from their mythological ancestry.

So Earth Ponies and Zebras wouldn't look all that different from humans, like in EQGVerse. But what of Unicorns version having a horn on their head? Or the pegasi looking like angels? Griffins of course would of course be Valkyries.

And it's been rather interesting bit of world building over several stories / Games I've build up in my head.

Don't know if die hard JRPG players would be turned off by that though, or if it'd be as awesome as it would be in my head ... or if I should cut out the devolution skill, and make everyone EQGesque.
