I just don't understand some people.....

I was only out to buy some simple things today. I had some change left and I went to a nearby park to give it to a homeless person. I couldn't find one and went back to the train station and mall where I started. A man was standing there in front of the entrance, with heavy luggage, a huge backpack and a big suitcase. He asked me for change and said he has no place to sleep. I was unsure about

    I miss these glorious Saturdays.....

I have seen this thread in the Crossover group about saturday morning cartoon openings (that's now deleted) in my feed and it triggered it..... The memory of the Saturdays when a new episode of My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic aired. I miss these Saturdays..... Watching a new episode, waiting for an upload, downloading it, rewatching it 3 - 5 times, writing an analytical review of the episode

[Small Story Announcement] I am currently almost 5,000 words into a new background pony fic and it's a long one. · 11:12pm Feb 1st, 2019

Fluttercheer here, contacting you from the shadows. It's now one and a half months since my last story release and I still have a recent multi-chapter fic to continue and finish that is sitting there untouched for three months now, so I wanted to give you a bit of information about my next story and show that I am still alive.

As the headline says, I am writing away on a new background pony fic, with currently almost 5,000 words and counting. This is the long one I talked about a while ago in the blog entry that I released the day before Hearth's Warming Eve.
As it stands now, it will not be a Hearth's Warming Eve story like I said it would. I realized that the plot is only tangentially related to Hearth's Warming Eve and other than a few mentions of the holiday in two certain contexts, it will not be relevant for the story and there is no focus on Hearth's Warming Eve. It's more of a winter story than a holiday story, so if you are worried about reading a Hearth's Warming Eve story out of season, you have to worry no more now!
The story is also a ponification of something, one I worked on very hard to distinct the plot enough from the source material and to add in original ideas, while still keeping the same feel and tone the original plot is famously known for.

And that's about it, for now. Once I have published this story, I will continue with "Aegis" and also finally get to my Silverstream stories and then my Cozy Glow multi-chapter fic I've got an idea for.
More information on the story I am currently writing away at will come very soon. Until then, Fluttercheer, out!

Looking forward to see all of them

Ooh, background pony fic!

I am assuming there's a 'Slice of Life' tag?
Can't wait to see the other genres!

"Slice of Life" will be a tag, yes (and nice reference!). The other tags shall remain a secret until the story is up. Though, chance of more information about the ponified story getting released today could be 100%. :raritywink:
