Late-blooming fan with way too many story ideas in his head. Have written before, but this is my first serious foray into the world of fan-fiction.

Personal update · 1:51am Dec 20th, 2018

Hello, all. I thought I would take the time to share a few things that have been going on in my life that may affect the update schedule for Pandemic: Aftermath.

First of, something most readers already know: I will be going out of town for a week starting tomorrow and will likely not be around here much. If I do log in briefly, I likely will not respond to PMs or comments until I get back. Updates for the story are scheduled to resume January 6th.

That said, I may occasionally need to stretch the update schedule to once every two weeks. Up until fairly recently, trying to use my left arm for anything outside of typing at a keyboard became an exercise in excruciating pain in my shoulder. I finally went to an orthopedist who managed to get the pain to go away, but now my shoulder is so stiff I still have rather limited mobility with it. The official name of the condition is "frozen shoulder", and it's going to take a lot (and I mean A LOT) of physical therapy to get it back in shape. My PT will get more intense as time goes on, which may leave me less time for writing and editing. I will try to announce when changes in the schedule are imminent.

I thank you all for the support you have given me regarding my stories. I'm hoping my stories not only make for an enjoyable read but provoke some interesting thought and debate. From the comments I've seen, I appear to have accomplished both

Dude, WTH, how long did you let that go on with yourself?

Go get it fixed, take a break to make sure its working THEN come back.

Take care of yourself bro thanks for the update and good luck

Happy holidays

I hear you.
Suffering shoulder issues myself. I was jealous of the attention my parents were receiving.
Best of luck and make sure you do the therapy. It works wonders.

I've had a bout with that mess earlier this year. Have they done any x-rays to check for any calcium build-up? Hell it could also be bursitis.
