So, for people who care to look, it's no secret I left fanfiction after finishing my Epic of Sweetie Belle to try and write original fiction that I can share with people without feeling a twinge of shame/maybe monetize. I got a quarter of the way through two stories and am currently working on a third.
Actually, that's what I want to bring up, I'm trying to alternate between Marked for Evil and the aspiring novel, so if there's ever a lull between updates, I'm probably dealing with that.
I'm going to end with two prompts: 1.) I have chapter four of Marked for Evil written and in need of editing. Normally, I write the next chapter, then edit the previous one, but I'm just now getting back into writing Minnesota Nice, and that means I have a chapter to finish before I start work on chapter five. Should I edit now and publish or stick to my usual routine?
Also, I've kind of been toying with creating a website to post non-horsie short stories or maybe this memoir I wrote a few months ago, but I'm not a tech person and this is extremely daunting (I also have been itching to try streaming, but there's a voice in my head saying whatever I do will be complete trash). If anyone wants to offer advice on how to set up a decent looking blog for cheap, offer moral support, or just weigh in on the idea, please do so! Hope to see some of you in the comments.
