Title Talk
I intend to write all of November, but the probability of me writing enough on a new project for NaNoWriMo is about .01%. That being said, if I can work on two series simultaneously and keep the quality to a certain level I might consider trying. Last year I decided I would try and that ended with 15k words wasted, as I cancelled one series I was working on (original sci-fi) and put the other on a shelf for future consideration (huge horse word project).
The Breakdown
This being said, I will still be working on AfaS for the foreseeable future, I enjoy writing the story, and I have it planned out several steps in advance, the usual hold up writing is getting the drive to write and developing scenes that I am less familiar or comfortable with. Examples include panic/panic attacks, terror, bullying (the bully, not being bullied... that easy), and anything that requires an i.q. higher than 75 to understand. Yes, I just called myself unintelligent... It's a very slow burn I live with. This aside, I have been in a writing mood over the last couple of days and I am actually a few chapters ahead at the moment. All I have left for the next chapter release is hopefully light editing.
Halp!?
If anyone reads this and would like to suggest something for me to attempt for NaNoWriMo I will definitely consider your suggestions.
A Little Bit of Me
If anyone is wondering why I tend to ramble on in my posts, it is because I am trying to get better at typing. When I write my stories I can tell that I spent years playing games, the standard typing position for my hands feels less comfortable than it did when I was younger. I am slowly getting back into the rhythm of typing, but I probably do not exceed 60 wpm at the moment, whereas when I was in fourth grade I could top 100 wpm, meaning I should be somewhere at about 85 wpm while writing. Sadly I will probably be years off from getting my mind and hands to push out 20k words a month, but that is my minimum goal. I want to push out at least 2 chapters of 2 different stories a month if possible, along with any non-pony works on the side. To be honest I want NaNoWriMo to be my regular monthly work load, sadly it will take time.
Post-Script
Anyway, I guess I should add some cute pictures to this and maybe do some formatting before I publish it. I feel like I am slowly starting to be more comfortable with things I do. Oh and before I forget, Have some Halloween fun below!
Oh! you are still here? I applaud you on your dedication, but there are no easter-eggs here.
