A Chapter's Delay...or, Should It Be Called So?

Around this time, I should be close to publishing the next chapter for A Volunteer at the Bureau...or, for any story these days. Well, this time, no. With a fatal combination of unexpected circumstances, a whirling mind, and procrastination, I have to settle for a next-day release. This is also to make sure that it's quite polished.

Believe me. I've known too many times the consequences of rushing out chapters at this point.
