Yes. She got bigger after her alicornization, obviously she will be Celestia's size(and bigger) in couple centuries if not millenia.

If she is Immortal, then shell grow bigger. However, for the canon show, the writers confirmed, i think, that shell not outlive her friends.

Based on that, its possible, that the royal sisters immortality has nothing to do with them being alicorns, as sombra also seemed to be immortal, despite having no wings. Also if all alicorns were immortal, there should be more of them, since weve seen depictions of alicorns, that dont match up to the 5 we currently have, There is the princess from the love-poison story, the alicorn depicted in the temple of the seven sided chest, and the male alicorn statue in the castle of the two sisters.

She probably will grow as time passes, but I think that the alicorns aren't really immortal, just ageless.
