The road in and out of The Reach is best place for juniper. Even though Markarth is a shithole. Forget siding with the Forsworn or siding with the Silverbloods, just kill everyone. Using the console or a mod to remove the essential flag on the cannibal cultists.
I bet Juniper would look good in Forsworn Armor.
