Last Thursday, I ended up getting in an accident, and while neither me, nor anyone else involved was hurt. I'm still shook up, and well, having nightmares. The thought of what could've happened still haunts me to this day, and I'm losing a lot of sleep because of it. 
Everytime I close my eyes, the sound of the cars hitting each other just echoes in my head. And it won't stop. I just want to sleep peacefully

I think you'll adjust soon. I've been in car accidents as well as a couple other near-death experiences before. It gets better after a while.

Um.... It's kinda hard to describe high key look it up. But the nightmares are basically eldritch horror combined with cars.
