Finally convinced my dad to purchase me a new laptop;I was having problems with my old one, and it made it hard to do anything, let alone write fanfiction.
Change.
As I said before, I'd judge whether or not I'd add a new chapter to The AppleShy Series based on the amount of views and comments I got on this update. Unfortunately, but predictably, it barely got any views at all, and barely got any comments.
The reason why I do not have motivation for this AppleShy fanfiction is because I have now come to a change of heart when it comes to shipping. I don't like shipping ponies involving the mane 6. Well, that's not entirely true, I do not like writing about mane 6 shippings. Mainly because eventually the canon is going to make some change completely. For example, in my Vinyl Scratch x Dashie fanfiction, A Heart For 2, I placed a lot of emphasis on Vinyl Scratch's red eyes. The season finale of season 2 showed that her eyes are magenta. Though this isn't necessarily a problem with the ship, it's a problem that showed me that there are many other problems that can arise in season 3, some that can ruin ships.
I want to expand on personalities, relationships and storylines for background/lesser characters. LyraBon is easily my favorite pairing now, and I have developed my own opinions on what many background character's personalities, relationships and occupations could be. I want to write more than shipping, I want action, adventure, where shipping is a side-story, not the main plot of the story. I did this in A Change of Venue and in Roar of the Manticore.
I just don't think that you guys will enjoy a chapter I release if my heart isn't into writing it. And besides, only a minority care about it being finished anyway.

Thanks guys for your support, I hopefully will start writing again once mt Microsoft Office arrives tomorrow or the day after. What may I write? Who knows, I have many ideas!
