Hey, it's been a while. The WW2 story is still in works, not much progress is done because of school and college plans. I'm not giving up writing it though. It's about the topic that I enjoy, that gives me enough motivation. The story will split into individual stories, so the chapters will not be cramped up. Oh and Twilight's story will come first, her early chapters, of course. Because her story begins before the War erupted. Being a Nazi party member and all.
A few historical detail has to be sacrificed here, such as presence of automatic weapons (due to the presence of 'Sky Trooper') and most importantly, female soldiers. I'm aiming for a what-if situation if the Mane 6 have to live through the war. As a soldier. (Except for Twilight, a high-ranking officer) I could do the civilian's POV but I just don't find it engaging for me. Anyway, I'm also hesitant to publish it because of controversy surrounding Call of Duty: WW2 and Battlefield V. The inclusion of female soldiers that really takes away the authenticity of the games' backdrops. Like they are not presented properly and it seems like a nonsense. But to avoid arguments, I won't talk much about it.
And also one thing about my lack of motivation, I have a sense of perfectionism. It keeps telling me that it has to be good or else a chance of a good fic will fall apart.....
Well, of to sleep, I'm sick as hell while writing this. Damn coughing.
