    I Live!

But I’m on a buttload of drugs and am going to pass out.

Surgery went great, even better than expected. I’ll elaborate more later.

    Until next time!

Hey Folks,

For those of you that are new watchers (thank you, by the way) because of this, apologies for the unnecessary blog since you've seen it.

I'm hoping that some of you saw that I published a new story this morning, literally just before going into surgery (and so didn't get a chance to add it to groups until a little while ago). For those of you that haven't seen it yet, it's something pretty different than what I usually do—it's written primarily in Ye Olde Equish, as Luna is the narrator. This is something I've been wanting to do for a while now, and I finally had the time to sit in my hospital bed and just write it last night.

Obviously I'm out of surgery, and feeling a bit sore because of reasons you do NOT want to know, but apparently they didn't do part of the procedure while I was under, and so I'm going in again tomorrow. It shouldn't be as terrible, but it does mean that as of now (just after 12 midnight EST) I have to fast (again). No food or water until after the procedure, and I have NO IDEA what time I'm going in. It was at a decent time today, so I'm hoping it will be the same case tomorrow.

Anyway, I was talking about the story.

If you haven't read it yet (as I explain this in the author's note), it was meant to be a challenge for me. Like I said, I've been wanting to write a story with a First-Person Luna narrative for a while, and I finally had my chance. It's really short, and so far appears to have gotten a good reception, so I hope you'll go give it a look.

Thanks, and wish me luck tomorrow.

Until next time.
