CWoH Chapter 34 Coming Soon! · 2:09am Mar 31st, 2018
As the title says, Civil War of Harmony will be updating soon with Chapter 34! It won't be this weekend. It may be next weekend, but I won't guarantee it.
The chapter isn't finished yet, but it's high on my list of things to do.
I'm not sure how I feel about this chapter, though. I don't think it's very good. But, that could just be that it's this story, although in all honesty, as I've said before, this story isn't written very well. And I'm not sure I can write this better because of the style I've already set in stone and such for it.
Tl;dr for the above paragraph: I never plan to write from a first-person PoV again.
And as a continuation... I honestly feel like this chapter is crap. Maybe I'm too hard on myself, or maybe I recognize a truth of this chapter.
I'm struggling with this.
It definitely needs a healthy dose of prereading and editing.
But, it's making progress! That's probably a good thing. Especially considering that it'll be April before this chapter comes out... which makes me question whether or not I can finish this story this year. I still completely intend to, but making myself work on it could prove a challenge. And then there's the issue of making myself write it when I don't want to which could make it poorly written. Did I mention that I think this story is poorly written yet?
I'm not sure I'd say that this chapter is really even important. I could cut it and I'd feel like very little would be lost... and yet at the same time it kind of is important...
I'm tired. And quite frankly, I'm demotivated for this story. I kind of dread working on it, or maybe that was just this chapter. After all, this isn't really an actiony chapter. Those are coming soon, and I'm looking forward to those. It's just getting there that makes me want to scream and rip my mane out.
TL;DR: Chapter 34 is coming soonish. Help me.
Don't give up. I love this story. I can't edit but can preread.
