Sorry for not posting any news lately I'm still planning on "Rise of the Apple Princess" though it may be much longer than originally planned. But I'll let you all know in my next blog very soon. This is just a quick blog as I made quite a surprising find on a website called Goodreads.
Apparently, my fanfic, My Wings Will Keep You Safe, has found it's way on it.
I'm not quite familiar with Goodreads. I imagined it is another online retailer for books though it appears to be much more than I thought. I would love to see my stories make it into book form someday. Can anyone see "My Wings Will Keep You Safe" as a potential book for young readers?

A friend of mine tends to find quite a few books on Goodreads. Interesting that a ponyfic made its way there.
I could see the potential for this to be a young readers' story. It's quite heartwarming and probably something a lot of kids could relate to in terms of being scared of thunderstorms and the like. The idea that there's someone out there other than family that would care for and protect them in an emergency is also something kids would probably like to see.
I'm also curious—whatever happened to the song rewrite that we did?
4819774 Uh yeah the rewrite for the song in this one. I've decided to drop the idea on rewriting and stick with it as it is. I may change my mind on it but for now, I think the lyrics are fine as they are. As for finding a tune to follow for the readers, I may have something in mind that I'll add in the "Author's Note" at the end of the story sometime soon.

At first I thought that, too, but then I remembered a stanza or two. Pretty sure I remember having at least a few stanzas for the rewrite.
I would like to see that as a book. I think it will be really cool.
