Sorry for the title, but I had a lot of stuff to cram into one blog post, and I really didn't want to break it up into multiples. (Although would people prefer it if I did that? It would sure as tart make these update blogs easier)
Welp, anyway!
First off, the minor stuff before getting into the meat of it. Nosey Hound got an update to support the dark theme (yes that's all), Interactive Ponies also got a fix for the chapter ponies not working. I think that's all to do with those.
Oh yeah! And Extra Emoticons is back! More after the break (assuming the break happens where I want it to).
Extra Emoticons (Redux)
Extra Emoticons is BACK! 
People who have been following me for a while remember I had a userscript that added a whole lot of extra emoticons (heh) to the site. It was my first user script and was rather badly written, and got broken sometime early last year when knighty removed jquery. I never really got around to updating it because it required more than just a little rewrite.
Well, now it's finally back!
The whole script was redone completely from scratch and is coming in at a fraction of the size of the original. [1] It even comes with some handy performance improvements over knighty's original code. [2]
It's still in beta though, so expect lots of bugs. It should work everywhere you can insert emoji's, including stories though I've never attempted to use 
in a fic before...
The installation method has also changed a little as well, since the old system wasn't perfect and probably lay a little heavy on people's machines. Insead of having every content pack run its own version of the core script you're now required to have it installed above any other packs. This means you jus thave to update one script instead of all of them, though.

Fimfiction Advanced
The second item on the list is Fimfiction Advanced. The full changelog can be found below, but the biggest changes are...
1) It now has full support for the dark theme! No more white and light grey to singe y'all's [3] delicate eyeballs. It also implements some changes to the dark mode just to make it more complete, like turning multi-switches an appropriate dark colour:
2) There were also a lot of bugs that got squished, and old and new features that had to be changed. The story width option will work better with knighty's new layout, and the default value got changed to 100% rather than the old 46em.
3) Styling improvements and the like. Look how fancy the banner is! It makes use of the same techniques knighty's has started using in other parts of the site. Other things like shadows not quite reaching the bottom, and the buttons being too cluttered were also cleaned up.
4) If you look under setting you'll notice a new "Advanced" menu item just below the mature filter - you can now link directly to the script's options page. It's... really convenient. Clicking on the version number at the page footer will take you there as well. (efficient! :D)
5) The banner slideshow animates properly again (as opposed to whatever it did before). The selected banner will also synchronise across tabs making for an overall smoother browsing experience.
6) Lots of big and varying changes to the Sweetie Scepter. Everything works (yes), and it has some fancy ███████ when you move it! The ██████ ███████ works correctly again, as does ███████ ██ and ████████ ██████ when you █████ ████ ████. The ████ ████████ got removed as well in favour of █, and █ will make the scepter █████ ████ ██████! Good luck figuring it out!

I think that's everything there was to say. Either that or it wasn't important, or I'm just a doofus. Comment if you find any bugs (or just to call me a doofus, I suppose you can do that too).

So i just updated Fimfiction Advanced (Which by the way is a great script and thanks for all your hard work making it) and it just isn't working anymore. I am using the newest version of chrome, and the newest version of tampermonkey.

Oops, sorry!
I made some mistake in fimfic.settings and that only seemed to affect Chrome user. You can try updating the script now, or in a few minutes to make sure you get the right version.
