    Been awhile.

    Hey, everyone. I swear I'm working on more Batty. But between working on the new book and one of my editors being beyond busy, I've often had to choose between getting the book editted or having them look at Batty. Next chapter will be out soon enough, hopefully. It's another one shot for the Echoes of Family story looking at a day in the guard as Tempered.

Two things:

First, thanks to Ashinda for a new custom page break. If anyone reading this has a few seconds to spare, please check the page breaks out and let me know if they're working for you. I've implemented them in all the chapters, but one of my prereaders reported seeing broken images, so I'd like to see if it's an isolated incident or not.

Can confirm they are working on both mobile and standard Chrome now. They were broken when I first read the chapter, however
