Eeeensey Little Update · 9:16pm Nov 8th, 2017
Heyho!
Just a tiny little clarification this time. Ch. 3 (UP NOW!) didn't end up being quite so long. This is not because I'm going to write less, but because I'm going to write more. Turns out I underestimated my own ability to write about the events I had planned. What's now Ch. 3, is what I had originally thought would be the first half of the chapter, until I realized that it had already become chapter-length on its own. I didn't want to spend days working on a 10-12k word monolith, so Ch. 4 will now be what I had planned for the latter half of Ch. 3 (finally moving on from day one, I promise!) And, presently, this means what I had planned for Ch. 4, logically, will become Ch. 5!
And I promise this is good news, 'cause my stream of writing from where the story is now, to the end of Ch. 5, should be mostly uninterrupted. Expect Ch. 4 to drop this weekend!
