Nose to the Grindstone - New Story & Story Updates · 3:28pm Oct 8th, 2017
To my fellow Canadians in the room: Happy Thanksgiving! Enjoy the changing of the leaves, the cooler weather, and bountiful turkey- and potato- and gravy-related foods. Enjoy a walk through a park or something where the leaves have fallen before the snow comes (unless you're like me and the snow's already here 8D).

For those of you waiting for the next Worst Patient Ever update, I am afraid you'll have to wait a bit longer to see the next chapter. I'm chipping away at the chapter slowly, and it looks to be a fairly big one. Grad school research, reading, and writing has occupied most of my time outside of class, work, and other activities, but I am doing my best to do at least dedicate an hour or so to writing stories for MLP. It's probably not the news you wanted to hear, but I can say I am working on it \o/
Otherwise, I have some GROUNDBREAKING and EXCITING new story news!
Well, groundbreaking and exciting if you're a fan of Daring Do and/or Starlight Glimmer. Not that I'm shipping them together. Not yet, anyways.
"But Timaeus, you pliant and squishy marshmallow with shades, what does that mean for me?" you might be wondering.
What it means is that over the next little bit, two new stories will be posted. Hooray! The first will be posted a little later today, taking place sometimes after the events of "Daring Done?"
Artwork, as always, by Rossby Waves. This might be one of my favourite things that they've done for me.
The second story is something that I've been slowly poking at for a good long while now. It's a collab that I've been doing with our resident smugling, Carapace, and involves best unicorn (Starlight Glimmer). We are still working away at the last few chapter between our own projects, but you can likely expect to see it surface over the next couple weeks.

Good to hear The worst patient ever is coming along, as I have been looking forward to the next chapter for a few weeks now.
As for the new story news it sounds exiting! Can't wait to see what you do there!
P.s. (Ship starlight and Daring)
. Would be an interesting combination, and I think it would be interesting to see how their characters would interact together.
Also a chance for more fluff........ can't get enough fluffy stories...... dont judge me!
