Just watched yesterday's ep

Marks and Recreation I believe it was called. The whole time I kept thinking "man, Rumble really reminds me of another character" and then it dawned on me:

Both end up going to a camp they hate and either slack off or create mischief.

I generally liked the episode. The whole "cutie marks are labels that trap you" thing is something we see in the fandom occasionally and I'm honestly pleasantly surprised the show addressed it. Also, the circle painting/haiku filly was too precious.

All we need now is to have Filthy Rich be the founder of the camp, you have the CMC, maybe Diamond Tiara or Silver Spoon as a co-counselor, and a pony with a space helmet on their head.
