Sonic Forces News/Resistance is Magic... Update Thing · 3:19pm Sep 24th, 2017
TGS has come and gone, and although we didn't see any new stages (seriously Sega, I'm liking the game but I'm tired or Park Avenue and Green Hill), we got something at least.
First of all, here's Sunset Heights (the song for the Modern city).
Second, here's the theme that plays in the beginning of Tag-Team Green Hill.
And finally, we learned something about Classic Sonic. He and Modern won't interact for most of the game. Instead he and Tails will be off on their own fighting Eggman. That's why we haven't seen them with anybody else.
Now, I was beginning to suspect this. And this is good, it means Classic and Tails will have their own purpose in this story and won't feel as redundant. Plus, it gives Modern a chance to interact with the other heroes considering he only had Tails to talk to for the past few years. And Tails technically has independence again.
In terms of how this will affect Resistance is Magic when I get to writing it if I can make it work? The Mane 6 will still be with Modern and the Resistance. On the other hand, joining Classic and Tails will be Spike. It'll be interesting to see if I can make this dynamic work.
Also, we got more returning stages confirmed. So we'll see if I can still work in my initial idea of having the Resistance branch off to different locations.

Being that they made a preview of episode shadow, which shows why Shadow is working with eggman, will you do something similar but with Starlight included?

What if Shadow's on a undercover mission for the resistance and trying to find out how to stop Infinite.
