Well, this is a fine kettle of fish...
I'm not sure what to do...
I'm looking at my old stories, and I don't know if I want to keep The Game of Shadows and Of Wounds and Weapons... I had such grand designs for them, but now, as I look through them, it seems as if they were unnecessary additions to a cute self-insert that didn't need an extension. I'm not likely to finish Wounds, much less the planned fourth installment Applejacked, and as the years have progressed, so has my desire to write them waned. At the same time, I'm not sure I want them gone in case I DO come back to them at some point.
Having stepped aside from writing pony... or anything "fanfic-y" for a while now... I'm beginning to see my energies drift back towards my original works... and Pokemon. Also, school's been absolutely dominant, and will continue to be so until I get a job as an animator. Maybe I'll get back to writing ponies again, maybe not. Who knows where my muse will take me.
Thirty-six original projects seem like a good start.

I recommend putting ponies on hold. Instead, write about what interests you have. When your inspiration for ponies hit, then that's the time to write. That's what I'm doing and I think its kinda working.

That's what I'm thinking, too. It's been better for me than to try and slave over ponies when I can't get my rear together and write about them.
That said, my Fallout Equestria entry is pretty much outlined now...
